Scilly Isles Choose Systems Interface

Systems Interface has been awarded the contract to supply, install and commission NDB equipment at St. Mary’s Airport, Isle of Scilly.

Work will commence in October 2010 to install and commission the system comprising a dual VR125 NDB, Antenna Tuning Unit, Antenna Tuning Unit, Surge Protection Unit and Comrod Whip Antenna all from Nautel Limited of Canada.

Using state-of-the-art technology Nautel’s Vector series NDBs are manufactured to the most exacting standards. The ATU-LP includes Nautel's patented variable resistive matching, providing un-paralleled radiated field strength stability, and reliability.

As agents for Nautel, Systems Interface has supplied over 50 NDB systems throughout the world and has an extensive parts depot at its warehouse in Surrey, United Kingdom allowing expedited parts delivery to customers in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. This new contract will further develop the company’s enviable reputation for reliability and customer service.
