Systems Interface has successfully completed a contract for SELEX-SI in the UK for the provision of technical support for the overall system design and integration for Navigational Aids and Control Tower Equipment at Newquay Airport. The project included the installation and commissioning of two ILS Systems (CATIII and CATI) as well as DME, NDB and DF, project management services, all equipment Safety Case documentation and the supply of equipment shelters.

This contract has been a further step in the successful collaboration between SELEX and Systems Interface, who in the past have worked together on a number of other projects for the supply and installation of DVOR, DME and ILS equipment for Ireland, Iraq, Gambia, Malawi, Liberia. These projects included complete turnkey installation, including the provision of all civil works, HV power supplies and communications cabling etc.
